I was looking for a house in famous platforms and my concern was to find a house with wide space, clean neighborhood, and the house should not be far away from the station. But when I found a good looking apartment SUGEE Housing checked it with an agency but they refused because I couldn't speak Japanese.
For second time SUGEE Housing found an apartment that I'm living in now and SUGEE Housing did the paper work etc, so finally I could move in with no trouble at all. Most of the work was done by SUGEE housing not me actually.
