Examples of these tasks include registration procedures such as ownership transfer registration, identity verification of both the seller and buyer, and filing applications with the Legal Affairs Bureau.

Additionally, if the buyer takes out a loan to purchase the property, a judicial scrivener is required to receive the loan from the financial institution.

Amount of Compensation

The compensation paid by the buyer to a judicial scrivener varies depending on the property price, but it is generally between 10,000 to 50,000 yen.
